Good afternoon, I often get an error message when opening a RAW file in Camera RAW. If Camera RAW crashes, Adobe filters such as "Liquify" also crash. If I close Photoshop and reopen it, the problem often disappears. The LOG reports the following information:

Hi, thanks for reaching out, and we're sorry about the trouble!

Please update Photoshop and Camera Raw to the latest version. Also, ensure that you have all available Windows updates along with the latest Studio drivers for the GPU installed on the computer.

If you continue to experience the same behavior, go to the Help menu, then System Info, and copy the text. You can share the text with us by either posting it as a reply here or paste it in a text file and share the file with us.

Thanks,
Nikunj

Thanks for the system info! The GPU drivers are from March. It looks like Nvidia released new drivers in April, which we recommend you install. Also, try installing the Studio drivers instead of the Game Ready drivers.

Furthermore, please update Photoshop to version 26.5 from the Creative Cloud desktop app. You can check out the steps here: https://adobe.ly/4cHBBcw

Thanks,
Nikunj
