can I install the previous version?

My mac runs Ventura and is to old to update. I installed the latest version of Photohop and that does not work. Is there a way I can go back to the previos version of photoshop? I can't find where to download it.

Uninstall, and install the previous version from the CC app.

Click the three dots, and from there "other versions". You will get a list of all dot releases from the last two major versions.
