Can not resize images in CR

Updated to v27.9 and now i can not resize my images within camera raw ( 18.4.1)

I process in CR, from camera, and when i try to adjust the size, using the corner or middle adjuster,  it is not working. Working ok prior to update

Any Ideas ?
