Can't Access Admin Contact on Enterprise Account
Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with my Adobe Enterprise account. I don’t have access to any admin contact information for the group my account belongs to, which means I can’t use certain features like Generative Fill / Generative AI. The system tells me that my access is restricted by the admin, but I have no way to reach them.
In my account dashboard, there is no admin email or contact listed at all.
Has anyone experienced this problem before? How did you solve it?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
