Can't Access Admin Contact on Enterprise Account

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with my Adobe Enterprise account. I don’t have access to any admin contact information for the group my account belongs to, which means I can’t use certain features like Generative Fill / Generative AI. The system tells me that my access is restricted by the admin, but I have no way to reach them.

In my account dashboard, there is no admin email or contact listed at all.
Has anyone experienced this problem before? How did you solve it?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Sina28821385uab5 if there are no administrator notes listed next to your subscription, then you'll need to contact Adobe Enterprise Support. You need to request assistance identifying the administrator using your organization’s contract or invoice details. Be ready to provide proof of affiliation.
