Can't access the Format drop down menu in Save As and Save a Copy

Question

Clicking on the Format drop down menu shows the menu for a fraction of a second. I’m unable to change and save in other formats from these menus.ver. 27.11.0macOS Golden Gate 27.0.1MacBook Pro M1

I’m not seeing that here on a MacBook Pro M4 with Golden Gate 27.0.1 and Photoshop 2026 (ps ver 27.11)

I would try a reset of the Photoshop preferences:

In addition i would also trash the following files:

com.adobe.Photoshop.plist

and

Adobe Photoshop 2026 Paths

that are found in:

Macintosh HD/Users/UserName/Library/Preferences
