Can't create a new Document, open documents or Save/Save as on Photoshop

Hello,

I'm using a Macbook Catalina 10.15.7, since updating from Photoshop 2019 to Photoshop 2020, i can't perform basic Photoshop tasks like creating a new file, opening a document or even save/save as. Clicking on these options doesn't open any pop-up or run anything, opening older photoshop files crashes Photoshop, making it unresponsive.

I've tried most solutions, such as reinstalling it several times, using Adobe Creative Tool Cleaner, or updating my software none seem to be working. I cannot revert back to Photoshop 2019 since the latest version available to me is Photoshop 21.2.4. Updating to Photoshop 22.0 seems to have the same issue. Since this is a URGENT issue for me, would someone please give me some ways how to fix this problem?
