Can't get past "Start your free trial" screen despite subscribing for many years

Question

I have been using PhotoShop since v3.0 and subscribing since CC was created now I try to open PS and cannot get past the "Start your free trial" screen for some reason. Also, in Word the Adobe Acrobat Export has reverted to "convert 1 document per 30days" despite being subscribed to it. 
I have tried deleting various items in the Adobe settings according to the help pages without success.
I have uninstalled all the Adobe apps on my PC and reinstalled but nothing works!
Running Windows 11 24H2 26100.3915
AMD Ryzan 9 5950X
64GB RAM
RX7600XT Graphics card

Apart from trying to delete the files you're referring to, have you tried signing out and signing back in? Also, since when have you been experiencing this behavior?
