Can't install Photoshop

I own 3 laptops. One is new, to replace a laptop that died. I can't install Photoshop on that one because I can only put it on 2 devices. So I get shut down when I try. I can't uninstall it from the dead device because the device is dead. I know Adobe won't help me, and that I'm going to have to pay someone to revive the dead laptop or reformat it. I'm just hoping maybe Adobe actually MIGHT help, like deactivate Photoshop in my account remotely or something, so I can download it and install on the 2 laptops that need it. So I thought I'd ask. Does anyone know if Adobe would help me? Where do I contact them? Or should I simply cancel my subscription and start over?

You need to give more information about how you are trying to install Photoshop. Did you install Creative Cloud and are installing it from there? That is the proper method and that should work fine. Photoshop can be installed on more than two computers, you just cannot activate it on more that two computers at the same time. If you try to actually use it on a third computer, then you should get a dialog that tells you it is already activated on two other computers, with buttons to deactivate one of those.
