Can't open CS 5.5 on macOS Mojave

Hey everyone

I finally jumped over my shadow and decided to install the macOS Mojave (V. 10.14) update on my iMac.
Thought that everything would be fine since I didn't get any warnings as I experienced on other updates when some apps are not compatible with the new system.

Turns out though that I can't open any of my older Creative Suit 5.5 programmes. (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or Bridge)

Do I really have to reinstall the old system or is there a way to make those programmes work on that system.
They had some flaws on the old systems, so if I always get the warning, that my programmes shut down suddenly, that wouldn't really bother me.

Hope that someone might know more.

Hi

You can try this:

Other choices are to revert your OS or update your software. Let us know if this works.

Thank you very much for your fast replay.

I tried the instructions from the link you posted, but sadly only my Adobe Bridge CS 5.1 appears under accessibility.
But since I've ticked the box there, at least that program works again.

I've added the programs with the plus sign at the bottom but even after I've also ticked the box from those three programs they still wouldn't work.

Did you try a restart of your Mac after adding and check marking the programs?
