Can't open OBJ file in Photohop "could not complete your request because the disk is unavailable"

Question

Hello!This is the first time this error shows up and I already tried a few things like cleaning cache, setup scratch disks but nothing changed.I'm trying to open an OBJ file but the "could not complete your request because the disk is unavailable" popup shows up. Tried with different obj files (in different disks too) but nothing changed. The error shows up only with 3d files.I read the 3D features will be discontinued, is that the reason for the error?Thank you so much for your help.

@artistic_wonderland1263 "I read the 3D features will be discontinued, is that the reason for the error?"More than likely, I just tested opening an .obj file and got the same error with Photoshop version 25.9.1.You can download and install version 22.2, which is available from the Creative Cloud app
