Can't seem to contact Adobe for quick question

I reported an issue I am having wherein when using clone, I get an arrow instead of a circle.  The arrow makes it VERY difficult to see where I am cloning.

I want to un-install Photoshop CC, and then re-install it to see if that will fix the problem.  However, I see no way to contact them to ask this question except through forums.

HELP!!!!!

Thanks

Lynn

Thanks - Spent about 1-1/2 hours with Adobe.  They changed several setting in preferences (under my Library - not in Photoshop itself), and it appears to be resolved.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
