Can't use GPU on Surface Pro X with Photoshop

Hi,

I was looking for a windows tablet computer to draw on with Photoshop, so I bought myself a Surface Pro X.

After a long discussion with Microsoft's support, he just said "the Surface Pro X's GPU isn't powerfull enough to run thoses options.

For a 2k€ computer/tablet, I think it's a complete nonsense to say this device need more power.

Does someone have the same problem ? Is it possible to do something about it ?

Everything is on date, windows, drivers, PS etc.

Thanks a lot.

If Photoshop is telling you (sorry, only speak English) that GPU isn't going to run, the Microsoft guy is correct; it isn't going to run.

Thanks for your answer !

Photoshop is actualy telling me there is some error about the gpu driver, and I have to update it and try again to check the box.

This is why i'm sceptical about the fact that I can't even try to use it. But maybe you and the Microsoft guy are right.
