Can't use premium credit and it shoing in photoshop that 'We've encountered an issue and can't complete your request'

​@Amiable_studentc741 Honestly, I would double-check whether your students' have access to Photoshop's AI features includes unlimited premium AI usage. I know our students do NOT have the Premium AI credits. Or quite possibly, you may have run out of credits. In the top right-hand corner is your avatar, click on that. If you have zero credits, or maybe it just shows Standard, then you may not have any Premium credits. 

If by chance you have run out, wait for the reset or you could buy additional credits. Learn more about how many credits are included in each plan or how to purchase additional credits.

Also, if you are using VPN or behind a firewal or proxy, do make sure you disable any VPN, proxy, or firewall temporarily and test again.
