You can use Action or Image Procesor Script

If you want to prepare Action do this:

Open any file - picture in Hotoshop

Open Window>Actions panel

Use Create New Action buton to start recording your action

Choose Save as command, choosce JPEG file and do not change image name!!!!

Choose right destination folder and close your file (image) - this way your Action panel wpuld desapear - go to Window menu and open Actions panel and Stop recording Action,

Finally go to File>Automate>Batch  command and in Source section choose folder with your pictures and start just prepared action
