cancel 7 day free trial that won't appear in my plans

I started a free photoshop 7 day trial. It was not the software I need. I logged into my account and it is not listed. I open the app on my mac and it shows the countdown to my charge date (7 days). It shows my account, its matches the one I'm signing into. Yet canceling it is not possible becuase it is not listed on my account. What do I do?

@helpful_partner4858 where did you get the Photoshop trial version? If the Photoshop app shows a countdown but your Adobe web account is empty, it almost certainly means the trial was started through the Apple App Store rather than directly through Adobe's website. Because the payment was processed through as Apple, they hold the billing relationship with you as a customer. Adobe, in this context, does not have the ability to access the accounts, billings, or even initiate or process a refund back to the user's credit card or account balance (which is why you se your Adobe web account empty)
