Hello, I've had a photography plan since June 2023 and I'm now looking to cancel but I'm being charged nearly £30. Why is this the case when I've had the product over 12 months? Hope you can assist!

The Photography plan is an annual plan paid monthly. An annual plan paid monthly is cheaper but commits to annual (12 month) periods. Cancellation within any annual period can incurr a penalty for early termination.

A monthly plan is more expensive but allows cancellation at any time.
