Cannot create bug report in Community - only blank page after clicking "None of these match your issue",

Is anybody else seeing this? I’m trying to report a bug but I cannot post it. In fact if I change the end of the URL when posting this from &type=question to &type=bug I get the same result.

Windows: Brave, Firefox, Chrome

Mac: Safari

in addition to the platforms/browsers I mentioned above I see the same on iPad + Safari on Wi-Fi and iPhone + Safari on cellular data.
