Cannot install previous software

my computer updated automatically to Photoshop 27.9 yesterday. Want to revert back to the previous software version. The 3 dots that are below the PS symbol to request to install an earlier version are no longer there. Any ideas what to do. Thank you

    Try resetting the CC App.

    To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

    Win: Ctrl + Alt + R

    Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

    If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:

    I had the issue the 3 dots below the PS Symbol have gone. The 3 dots in the left hand side top corner click on those and a drop box opens with the option to install a an older version. I returned to 27.8.

    You can turn off auto updates in the CC app.

      Try resetting the CC App.

        Seems to work fine here. 

        What are you doing exactly, could you pleas post screenshots?

          Thanks for the reply I am now sorted and have gone back to the 27.8 version. The 3 dots below the PS Symbol have gone and you now have click on the 3 dots on the right hand top corner and a box opens giving you the option of using an older version. Thanks for your help.
