Cannot log in with school account iPad version

I saw someone have the same problem with personal account. I can log in, but nothing happened. I checked that I have the latest version, and my school(zju) have purchased ipad version.

The version I use is the latest version PS7.4. And the device is iPad Air 11inch M2 with iPadOS 26.3.

I’ve tried using VPN or not, reinstalling, different networks.

    Hey, ​@haamill. Welcome to the Photoshop community. I've checked the email you've signed in to the community with & I found an active subscription from an enterprise.

     

    Before troubleshooting, please check-in with the Subscription Admin, or the IT-team to understand the entitlements included with your subscription.
