CANNOT SAVE ANYMORE on Photoshop 26.11 and 26.11.1

Big bug on the new PS 26.11 and (hoped it was fixed, but no) on 26.11.1 as well.
on macOS 12.6.1
You press "Cmd+S" or just "Save" and this shows up:

The buttons stay greyed-out for a while and then...they totally disappear leaving a dark, blank, window.
And you cannot save your .psd anymore.
I tried to quit, restart, update too. The issue keeps showing up in a random way.
Sometimes I can save, sometimes I can't and can't figure out the reason.
Needless to say, this makes the software completely unusable and it heavily damage my work!

The only workaround I found to fix this is to Export > Layers to file (.psd).
And then quitting the app, restarting it, hoping it goes away and rebuild your file (if you have a decent amount of layers on your file, otherwise it will be a nightmare).

Fix it please!

Newer software releases are not supported on old OS versions. You need to update your computer to something supported, typically for both Apple and Adobe that means the current and two previous releases.

macOS 14.x, 15.x, and 26.x
