Canvas size for a 16x9 ratio 1920x1080 80" TV?

I have 3 24"x36" menus that i need to convert to a single image to fit on a 80" HD TV. I know i will need to adjust the size to fit but i want to set up a template for suture use. I belive the actual witch is 6ft so i chose a 72" width but i'm not sure on the length. How do i calculate this? I'm asuming that if i create a standard 1920x1080 document, even at 300dpi, the image would look burred at 80". I think i'm having a hand-to-forhed moment!

    Size is irrelevant. Ppi ("dpi") is irrelevant.

     

    If this is an HD screen, it will be 1920 x 1080 pixels. That's all it is. That's the document size you want.

     

    Again, I need to emphasize this: size and ppi don't apply here. Ppi is a print parameter, defining a physical print size. On screen, there already is a ppi: the screen's native pixel grid.
