CC and Photoshop both won't launch after being closed the first time

Question

For whatever reason, both CC and Photoshop will not open once I have originally opened them, then closed out off the app. There is no spinning wheel, no white.dark screen, just as if I hadn't tried to launch it at all.

Both CC and Ps are on the latest versions and newly installed.

Windows 11

Anyone else seen this and know how to resolve?

Hi, thanks for reaching out and we're sorry about the trouble! Do you have any anti-virus or firewall installed on the computer? Are you using a VPN on the machine?

Try restarting your computer if you haven't already, and if that doesn't help, try re-installing the apps after removing them using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool. You can check the steps to use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool here: https://adobe.ly/4jpHltz
