CC library brushes not working

Hi! I downloaded the https://creativecloud.adobe.com/cc/discover/article/free-shibori-style-brushes?locale=en brushes to my Creative cloud library but when I open adobe to use them nothing happens. I can see them on my library panel and I can group them or move them into different folders in the panel but it won't show as a brush. When I click use in document nothing happens, but in the "get info" I see it says it's a brush. Does anyone know how to fix that?
