Certain functions are not working on Photoshop

Hey guys, since a couple of weeks my Photoshop is not working perfectly. For example I can't quick export any layers on my file anymore and the adjustment layers are greyed out on the menu. I have to add an adjustment layer via the icon on the bottom of the layers area. I also get the "old school" menu if I want to create a new file. 

 

Do any of you guys know, how I can fix that? I even reinstalled Photoshop on my Macbook.

    To help us troubleshoot your issue, please post a screenshot of your entire window with the Layers panel expanded and visible.

     

    Also, check your Preferences > General settings and make sure the option Use Legacy "New Document Interface" is unchecked. This might fix the problem with the “old school” menu.
