Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible?

Options would be changing the Adjustment, using Blend If-settings, grouping the Adjustment Layer and adding a second Layer Mask to the Group, …

@wikul_4446 if you are relatively new to using Photoshop, I would suggest using Levels. Curves which is also an option, but Levels would be an easier option to learn it (I do this with my students). For advanced users, I would suggest Curves.

Image - Adjustment - Levels or Command L (MAC) or Control L (PC)
And then use the Option/ALT keys to find the darkest blacks (Shadows) and whitest white (Highlights) slider in the Input  Levels. Here is a quick video.

This is what I got from doing this via Levels

You need to show us the whole image.

You don't say how you changed this in the first place, and I'm not sure what you mean by "car mask," because I don't see a mask in the screen shot. However, to make part of the image less dark, select the area you want to adjust, using the Adjustment Brush and a Levels adjustment layer. Alternatively, use any selection tool to select the area, then add a Levels adjustment layer. In either case, drag the middle slider to the left to lighten the area.
