Clone tools not working (Ipad)

Question

Hi, I'm trying to use the different types of clone tools but non of them are working. For example: I want to remove a small fly in my picture by using the healing brush. When I drag my finger over the screen nothing is happening. Normally you get like a darker line on the area you drag your finger but now nothing is showing or changing!

I didn't change anything in the settings and before it was working with no problem! Just one day I needed it and nothing happened.

can someone please explain why it's not working?

Hey, @luka29065633zvi8. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.

What exact version of Photoshop and iPadOS are you working on? I couldn't recreate this in a test iPad Pro (iOS 18.3.1) and the latest version of Photoshop iPad.

Try these two steps:

1 - Try restoring the defaults. Go to Gear (Cog) icon > General > Advanced > Restore App Defaults.

2 - Try reinstalling Photoshop on the iPad & check if the issue appears again.
