Question

Closing then Opening Photshop collapses all of your brushes into their folders...

As the subject title suggests, if you have brushes in folders and subfolders and whatnot that are currently open, if you close Photoshop in the latest version (v25.2), they will all be collapsed down into their folders. This is really annoying because if you've been working a lot with a specific folder of brushes you'll have to navigate back to that brush set every single time you close and reopen Photoshop. Previously the way it worked is that it would keep your brush panel in whatever state it was in when it closed when you open it again. This means if you had speicifc folders collapsed and others expanded (showing their brushes) then they would remain that way until you manually collapsed them yourself. This is a massive quality of life issue for those of us artists who use a lot of brushes and have our brushes neatly organized into folders-- because it makes it difficult for us to continue where we left off...

Can someone from Adobe please comment on this? I'd love to know that its getting fixed. 🙂

This would be nice, I'd also like to see a general folder expand / collapse option for any of the panels that contain preset folders. Sometimes when I search my brushes, it expands every single folder and I'm forced to manually collapse each one.
