Just disable these warnings in Color Settings. They tell you nothing useful.. Your working space has no relevance here and there is no reason they should match.

Thank You, But i have noticed the difference on source file when dragged on destination file.,

Anyways, will check that in print.

There will only be a difference if one of the files is untagged, doesn't have an embedded profile.

As long as there is an embedded profile, it will be correctly converted in the paste operation, and the appearance preserved.
