Color wheel not reacting properly to the color picker in photoshop 2024

Hello, did anyone encountered this weird issue that color wheel and sliders not reacting properly to the color picker in Photoshop 2024? I've tried resseting Photoshop Preferences but it did not help. I previously encountered this bug while using Photoshop Beta earlier this year
