D.Fosse is right, good colourmanagement practice will get you as close as possible.

Given device capability.

Generally, working on a properly colour managed computer display screen (i.e. calibrated and profiled using a sensor on the screen) and saving copies of your original files after converting sRGB.icc [and embedding that icc profile] will give you the best chance of seeing acceptably similar results on phone and screen and in general internet use.

Handhelds have little colour management built-in, but they do tend to be remarkably stable and similar.

The iPhone colourspace is Display P3 [as it iMac and MacBook, so you could try saving a copy converted to Display P3.icc if your files are specifically for iOS devices.

I hope this helps

The solution to this problem is proper color management procedure using icc profiles, and phones generally don't do it, or only in a very limited capacity.

It's perfectly possible to get 100% accurate color if you want to invest in it, but you need to be on a platform that supports it.

There is no "universal icc profile". That's not how icc profiles work. Profiles don't do anything; they just describe a color space.

Every screen behaves differently. Natively, they all display colors differently. There is no way to "make them" display the same way. The only thing you can do is map the screen, measure its response, and describe that in an icc profile. The application then corrects the data accordingly.

A calibrator makes this measurement off the screen, and the accompanying software writes the profile.

The picture I posted is how this is done, on platforms that support it. It's the only way to get consistent and predictable color. There is no other way.
