Compatible stylus for MSI creator z17

Question

hi all,
Ive got an MSI creator z17 and am looking for a compatible stylus for it. It comes with the MSI pen 2 (mmp2.6) which was great but the nibs are terrible. All 3 nibs broke within a week of use and MSI don't sell replacement nibs??? You have to buy a whole new MSI pen 2 altogether to get nibs!!!
 
With that I'm looking for is an alternative stylus and wondered if anyone had any recommendations.
I tried the bamboo ink 2nd gen but it did not work with PS. It worked with MS one note but pressure sensitivity was poor and buggy. 
I got the surface 2 pen not realising that you needed to spend another£20-£30 just to turn it on (comes with a built in battery and no charger - and needs to charge for 1 sec to actually turn on). This means I could not even test it to see if it worked or not with my MSI??
 
Anyone have experience or recommendation with a stylus for MSI creator z 17 that works with PS?

Have you been able to check wether or not the surface pen 2 works with the MSIcreator Z17? because I have the exact same pen (slim pen 2) and ordered the exact same device (im imagining youre is the 2022 release with a 12th gen CPU and rtx 30 series card) which is on the way as I write this but due to it being shipment only, couldnt test wether the pen works properly if at all as the advertisments of this laptop only ever shows the MSI pen 2 being used and there is absolutely no videos of anyone using anything other than its supposedly proprietary MSI pen 2. Do let me know as I am excited to hear the results of this pairing with your device is the exact same as mine. Also if it does not, what pens do work ?
