Control buttons not working

Question

Hello everyonerecently I have a weird problem that my control buttons and shortcuts not working(ctrl c, ctrl v, ctrl a etc...)they work on every other applecation, it happens only on photoshopWe tried doing everything, resetting the prefrences, installing and uninstalling.. but nothing workswould like to get some help from you guysthanks ahead, Lior &#128578;

What version of Photoshop and operating system are you using? Could you share the video recording of what's happening?
