Converting a picture in photoshop cs6 from jpg to png

I have tried to convert a picture in photoshop cs6 from jpg topng but when i share it to chrome i can't move it freely. So what's the problem?

Why would you want to convert to png? Did you add transparency? The jpg has already lost quality with compression. Unless you have made changes, you gain nothing but file size in the conversion.

And the the second part... you can move images freely in chrome so I have no idea what you mean.

To convert a JPG into a PNG, open the JPG (or any other format) in Photoshop, then File > Save As and select PNG from the Format drop-down menu.

How do you mean you can't move it?
