converting an image to a coloring page

I need some guidance on how to change an image to a coloring page for small children.

    You can do it by several methods:
    1- Try to use the Filter Gallery from Filters menu in photoshop and try filters in the Sketch Section till you find what you need and adjust it.

    2- The perfect way is to use Adobe Illustrator to draw it and converting it to Outline Drawing.
