Copy and Paste Text from one file to another

@Radiant_elegance4242 the desktop version of Photoshop, the copy/paste feature functions perfectly. But the web version, also works too, not the greatest as it's a little finicky, but the keyboard shortcuts works great

Did you Drag and Drop, it bypasses the clipboard entirely and it will successfully copy your layer into the new file
