Could Not Complete Request - Program Error

Hi there,

I've been struggling for the last week to get Photoshop to open or do anything.

Whenever I try to open a file in any kind of format, it always says 'Could not complete your request because of a program error'. Sometimes I can't even close photoshop because of this same error and I need to use ctrl+alt+delete.

I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled multiple times, a few times it seemed to work again, but popping it back up again later caused the same issue. I've restored to a previous Photoshop version. I have updated all my drivers. I have tried to reset and clear my preferences. Nothing seems to be working. I am on Windows 10.

I use this program for my job, so I really need to figure this one out.
