"Could not complete the Liquify command because the file was not found"

After installing the latest update I've had terrible issues all day.   First I couldn't open photoshop CC at all,  then after doing a screen share with someone from tech for almost 2 hours today we finally got it working.    Only then did all my actions disappear (my guess is the tech deleted the old install).    Now I get this error message when I hit the liquify button:

Could not complete the Liquify command because the file was not found.

    thank you!   I got it to work.   I closed the program and restarted.     Still can't get my custom actions back and my entire workspace is gone.

    Can you provide more details about your system specs

    Have you tried resetting Photoshop preferences

    thank you!   I got it to work.   I closed the program and restarted.     Still can't get my custom actions back and my entire workspace is gone.

    Without known what the tech person done it's hard to say what happened to your actions and workspace, going forward you can of course backup your settings
