Could not complete the Render Video command because of a problem with Adobe Media Encoder.

I’m using Adobe Photoshop 27.4.0 Release on a MacBook Pro with macOS Tahoe 26.0.3. It worked good until Render a video, when I read the message.

Thank you for the video and the system information. I’ve tried to recreate this with an M1 machine that only has Photoshop and Photoshop (beta) for testing, but I couldn’t replicate the issue. One difference I noticed is the destination location used in the Video Render panel.

Could you change it to a folder located within the internal drive?

Also, check if Photoshop has full disk access on macOS:

    Thanks!

Hey, @Carlos Laserna. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out. Based on the limited description, I’ve been unable to recreate this. Please share a video of your steps that lead to this issue and the system info from Photoshop Help > System Info. Copy and paste it into a text document, then upload and attach it here.

Please test and confirm if Photoshop (Beta) has an issue. You can get Photoshop (Beta) from the Creative Cloud > Apps tab > Beta Apps section.

    Thanks!

    Hi, @Sameer K

Attached you will find the video recorded and System Info required.

As I said before, “I’m using Adobe Photoshop 27.4.0 Release on a MacBook Pro with macOS Tahoe 26.0.3”

I couldn't find a Photoshop (Beta) to try.

    Thanks.

I tried all the recommended ways and still hace the same notification.

The last video made it was, without any problem, on February 25.

Sorry, Jeff. I wrote a mistake: it was not a video, if not an animated .gif
