"Could not complete your request because of a program error."

Hi there,

I can't do anything on PS from today. Everything I do (create new project, open a file, even close the app...), I have this pop-up : "Could not complete your request because of a program error."

I have check my Graphic Card and update drivers. Photoshop well detected it.

I have unistall the install PS, reboot my computer. Nothing change...

I need it to work and I've been stuck for 2 hours on this. If someone have an idea...
