As you can see it is weird because itr finally opens. Sometimes (rare) at the first time but usually at the third time. And sometimes it needs 4+ more attemps to open the file in lightroom in Photoshop.

Hi @mastix, thank you for sharing this issue. A similar issue was fixed a few years ago as @Jeff Arola mentioned, so we want to make sure this is not the same one or if it is a new issue.

Please share your workflow so the team can see where this issue might be happening. Any screenshots or videos of your process are also very helpful.

Does it work correctly? 

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back. 

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Windows 10.

It is very weird because the image opens usually at the third time I try always. So I get the message two times I ignore and keep trying to open it and it does finally. Very weird. It is annoying but at least the files open.

What version of photoshop and version of windows are you using?

There was a similar bug in photoshop cc 2018 that was fixed with an update.
