Crash to blackscreen when using Blur gallery

App version 24.1.0 (PC - Windows 10)

My PC specs:

Ryzen 9 5900x

16gm DDR4 RAM

Nvidia 3070 (driver 528.02)

Every time I try and add a Blur Gallery effect e.g. Field Blur or Tilt Shift, I get a crash to black screen and need to do a system reset. The Blur Gallery window will open up but after I start fiddling around with the setttings, the crash occurs.
