Hello,

I am experiencing a crash when activating Neural Filters in Photoshop version 27.2, and the same issue occurs with Photoshop Beta 27.4.
With version 26.0, Neural Filters work correctly.

Could you please advise if this is a known issue, or if there is a solution?

Below is the error logged in Windows 10 Event Viewer:

  • Application name: Photoshop.exe, version: 27.2.0.15, timestamp: 0x693dd4a4
  • Module name: ntdll.dll, version: 10.0.19041.6456, timestamp: 0x7ec9c15d
  • Exception code: 0xc0000409
  • Error offset: 0x00000000000a2910
  • Process ID: 0x2774
  • Application start time: 0x01dc8bafc2a9e374
  • Application path: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2026\Photoshop.exe
  • Module path: C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll
  • Report ID: 36029fd5-7843-46ba-bc63-62f43a2d27c7

Thank you in advance for your help.

Best regards,

Hi marco_6052, welcome to the community!
When you get a chance, could you share your System Info with us? In Photoshop, go to Help > System Info, then copy everything into a text file and attach it here. If it’s easier, you can also share it through Google Drive, WeTransfer, or any other file‑sharing service.
As a first step, try updating your GPU drivers to the latest version. You can follow the steps here: https://adobe.ly/4jRw0DX
Thanks!
