Crear documento nuevo en photoshop en Mac

He intalado photoshop en mi mac air chip m4 y desde que lo instale no he podido crear un documento con mis preferencias solo me deja usar los preestablecidos.

Hi!

We are sorry you are having this issue! Can you explain what you mean by using "your preferences" and "presets"—Do you mean you can only select a preset document size from the preset menu?

 

Can you show us a screenshot of the dialog box?

si puedo abrir solo los documentos ya preestablecidos y no con mis preferencias, las medidas deseadas para mi documento.

Are you unable to type into the details area on the right side of that window? What happens when you select the number and type your new size?
