Created Actions, Brushes and Presets location

Hi

I need to make a backup of my Photoshop/CameraRAW/Lightroom data and no matter how long have I scouted the internet,  I cannot find a path inside my windows pc where I could find my photoshop actions - the ones I've created, see screenshots. I've looked in the roaming folder in both Photoshop Beta and 2024, but they aren't there. Same with my brushes archive, I cannot see them. Third question is where would I be able to see my presets location, the ones I use to for CameraRAW and lightroom ?

Loaded .atn files or newly created and unsaved action sets are temporarily stored in the Actions Palette presets file (Actions Palette.psp). This file should be considered temporary and may be subject to corruption or loss, which is why making an explicit save to .atn file for each individual action set is strongly advised.

Hello

Thank you so much for the reply, clarifying everything and the links ! I have used 'ActionsPalleteToFiles' script solution from the xtools - it is also very important to remember to best backup the entire 'Adobe Photoshop (VERSION) Settings' folder from the Roaming/Appdata location, as that's where all the loaded gradients, brushes etc are saved.

It's much more efficient to save out actions and brushes separately to .atn and .abr files that you can keep in a safe place. You do this from the flyout menu in the panel.

You can copy the whole settings folder for backup purposes, but I would not recommend this for migrating to a new major version. Settings may not mean exactly the same thing with new code in the new version.

.atn and .abr files, however, can usually be reloaded without problems.

Starting with fresh preferences and settings from time to time is a good thing. Preferences are rewritten on every application exit, as opposed to read-only program files, which means they are prone to corruption, e.g. by an irregular shutdown. Corrupt preferences can cause erratic and odd behavior. I always start new versions with fresh preferences.
