Creative Cloud-Applikation lässt mich nicht anmelden

Hallole,

 

ich habe Photoshop für PC heruntergeladen. Nach dem Doppelklick erscheint ja die Creative Cloud-Applikation.

Wenn ich dort mit dem Mauszeiger reinfahre, wird der Zeiger zu einem Verbotszeichen. Ich kann nichts auswählen, geschweigedenn meine E-Mail-Adresse eingeben um mich anzumelden.

Hatte das schon jemand und weiß, was ich falsch mache?

Could you please share more details? For example, did you install Photoshop from the Creative Cloud application? Does this happen with other Adobe applications on your system, too, if you have any? Do you get any error messages when this issue occurs? Do you have any anti-virus and firewall software on your computer? 

 

In the meantime, you can try these steps to see if they fix the issue.

 

1) Force Quit and Restart
Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
End any Adobe-related processes (Creative Cloud, Adobe Installer, etc.).
Try relaunching Creative Cloud.

 

2) Clear Creative Cloud Cache
Navigate to: C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Creative Cloud Web
Delete the contents of this folder.
Relaunch Creative Cloud.
