Creative cloud apps installation after -Subscription cancelled

Hello,

I have recently cancelled my subscription, and updated my PC to Win 11 afterthat,

Unfortunatly I forgot to export photos wil lightroom edits.

Now , I need to reinstall Creative cloud apps, to do so.

I understand that my account is now limited and I cannot edit photos .Which I do not need,

I do have a backup from my previous lightroom catalog .

Any lead.
