Creative Cloud Files Orange Exclamation Mark, can't delete, can't sync, can't open

Hi, I was working on a photoshop file (PSD) and maybe the internet I was on was choppy because creative cloud saved over 40 editions of the same file, and none of them can be opened, uploaded, or even deleted. This is client work so I really need this file. I've restarted CC, my internet, my computer, and paused and restarted syncing. Please help.
