Hi!

Thank you for reading and helping me.

I have the Photography package. I have only Lightroom and Photoshop installed only on my computer. I do not use any apps, or any others software. Already since the beginning it is saying that the Cloud is full. I have read trough several questions and answers online, but they do not seem to work for me.

- The Cloud Files - Online - Are empty, trashbin is also emtpy.

- Libraries are empty as well

Lightroom is showing that I am not allowed to sync, as the cloud is full. And I am unable to use Express due to this reason. However, I do not need to store my photo's in the cloud. I would prefer making the storage empty.

Where should I be able to find out what is filling up the 21GB? I have tried looking everywhere but I am kinda lost now. Through the Desktop version I am unable to find it, Webversion is not showing me any files. But it is all saying its full....

Thank you so much for helping me out!

Kind regards,

Stefanie

Could you confirm you don't have any files in following locations?

Adobe Creative Cloud > Files

Adobe Creative Cloud > Archive

Photo Editor | Online Photoshop Lightroom < All albums of photos here count against your quota

https://cloud.acrobat.com/ < Please check the Document Cloud sections here

There they are! Thank you so much. They were in the Lightroom enviroment. May I ask you two other questions regarding this?

  • Would it be possible to use Lightroom - while storing the pictures locally instead of in the cloud?
  • If I delete everything in the cloud, will I also be loosing the pictures in the desktop app?

Thanks a lot.

Stefanie

If you want to store locally, you need to use "Lightroom Classic" (LrC), not "Lightroom" (Lr). The latter is entirely cloud-based and that's its whole reason for existence.

No, don't ask me what I think of those names 😉
