Can I prevent Creative Cloud from initializing itself every time I open Photoshop?

@Vítor Reis not sure what you mean, the Creative Cloud app doesn't open for me when I open Photoshop, you can disable it in Windows task manager if you don't want it to load at Windows startup

Hi! I appreciate your help! Yes, I'm sure there is something unusual going on, because it was not always like this. I already disabled it on the task manager, but the thing is, it doesn't open with the windows; it opens every time I open Photoshop.

@Vítor Reis have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Creative Cloud app
