Creative Cloud Plan making local files delete

when i open up photoshop, all the files i have saved there

Your files aren't saved in Photoshop. They are saved to disk. They will still be there when you use a file browser to navigate to where you saved them. Note where you save your files, and keep a logical folder structure.

Do not rely on "recents" in the home screen to manage your files. It's just a static link to a certain location on disk. When that link breaks for whatever reason, the file disappears from the list, but that does not mean the file itself is deleted.

Recent files is intended as a convenience to quickly pick up work from where you left off before lunch. It is not intended for file management.

use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders/link to check.:

https://assets.adobe.com

https://lightroom.adobe.com

https://documentcloud.adobe.com

https://spark.adobe.com

if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder. the used storage shown at each of those four sites (when totaled), should match the space shown used by your cc files.

Did the files disappear from Recents or from the folders where you saved them? If the Recents got cleared, you should be able to find the files on your hard drive.

Just got a new creative cloud plan, and all my files in photoshop are gone. Anybody know how to fix this?
